I had such a great experience here! I was really upset after getting hit in a parking lot and didn’t want to drive all the way to Reno, so I decided to try this collision center in town instead. I’m so glad I did! The team truly went above and beyond to take care of everything. They were incredibly friendly and made the whole process so much easier. My car was repaired in just four days, and now it looks brand new again. I’m so grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you so much!

I brought my car here for a repair to the front left bumper. After meeting with them and making some specific requests, I was told that they could accommodate and were happy to work on the vehicle. Seamless process with the insurance company. They called and scheduled a date to drop off the car. Took all of 5 minutes (plus a cute dog lives in the office). I dropped the vehicle off on Monday. Told me car would be ready on Friday. It wasn’t. It was ready Thursday. Epic. Work was stellar. I was told nothing can match the factory paint and I would have to disagree. Maybe in the strength of the paint or gel coat that could be true, time will tell. But the craftsmanship they have made the car look brand new again. They called me to pick up the vehicle. Been waiting on the installation of parts for the front drivers side wheel for a month. They are keeping me from having transportation giving my insurance company and my self the run around trying to charge me more and more. They are unaware that I am a professional appraiser for big rigs.. this is totally uncalled for.
