The wait is fairly long even if you have an appointment. I don’t like knowing that the salespeople are on commission because I feel that they might try selling me something that I don’t need but I understand that you have to motivate some employees. I used Destiny at first with no complaints and would have asked for her on the 2nd set if I had known. Willie ordered the tires right away but I felt guilty for not asking for her. When I mentioned her name, Willie offered to notify her but I said it was ok. I still have work to do on my first vehicle, so will ask for her then. I wish I had known about the commission. I don’t like that they added roadside hazard to my bill without asking if I wanted it. They have a senior discount but you have to know about it to ask for it. I feel like they sh

I have brought my vehicles and my daughter's vehicle here for service and repairs. I have had great service and felt that I was cared for as a valued customer and have had great communication with the staff. I have had services on the vehicles from tire repair and tpms replacement to air conditioning repair and alternator replacement and diagnostics and repair of sensors and tune up. Destiny and Taylor have been my service writers and Vince the shop manager have all been great. Other staff members have been very kind as well. I will keep coming back to this locally owned Baton Rouge business. Thanks from Josh and family.

If I could give this sexist business a negative score I would. I dropped my car off in March due to an issue with my car not turning over and the AC was out. Some tech called my husband, despite this being my car and telling the person at the front desk to ONLY contact me about this vehicle, to say that the AC guy was “sick” and that they were experiencing no issues with my car not turning over and then held it overnight to see if their AC guy miraculously got over his sickness that conveniently happened on Mardi Gras day. The next day miraculously the AC guy was having issues cranking my car so this establishment replaced my starter for $700 w/ labor. I took my car home, not even one day later I was still having issues with it turning over. I couldn’t take it in for a couple of months due

Avoid this place at all costs. They won't give you all the options to make sure your car is fixed and expect you to come back 3 more times to fix the original issue. All after gaslighting my wife and I that nothing was wrong. So much so that we had to take a picture of the dash to convince them to run the right tests and find the problems. And yet, the original dealership's diagnostics showed my original problem was what was wrong and could've been avoided if they put in the original part. They don't know how to treat people since they lost Bill and I hope they learn from this as I have been coming here since I could drive only to be treated so poorly this time around and costing me so much money. They refuse to apologize or admit wrong doing either when I have the proof. I'm happy to shar

Simple Simon Tire & Care Care has a. very good selection of all types of car and truck tires. The prices were good and the service was excellent. A couple of hours in and out and I and I vintage 1990 Chevy Sport Van Mark lll is all ready for summer and Hurricane 🌀 Season. One Love
