I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. After spending an entire week going back and forth, multiple conversations, and finally scheduling an appointment today specifically to complete the deal, I showed up ready to sign. We had already agreed on the numbers. At the last minute, they completely changed their position and refused to honor the agreed price. This is a complete waste of a customer’s time and shows a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. If the numbers are not real, don’t make customers come in and plan their schedule around your promises. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend doing business here.

Great dealership with awesome end of the year deals from G.M. Randy Pittner and Craig Holland were outstanding. Randy, the internet sales adviser, was very responsive, honest and straightforward. He responded within 30 minutes and with a detailed price sheet that listed all of the standard and optional equipment items at an accurate price that Simpson Chevrolet abides by. Craig Holland in finance made the purchasing process a breeze. it was a fairly seamless auto buying process from start to finish. Don’t trust this place. The will ruin your vehicle. DO NOT LET THE MECHANICS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. Or you’ll be calling a different mechanic asking them why is there a new problem after leaving Chevy dealership.

Great fast service! Had an issue with my vehicle that was covered under warranty. Service advisor kept me in the loop through the whole process.
