Called multiple times and left messages about picking up a Transmission for my car. Was hoping to drop a dumptruck load of scrap metal off there and buy the part I needed at same time to save a second trip, but no one will respond back to my calls or emails. Guess they don't need the money.

Don't waste your time hauling a vehicle there you're better off just going else where.

No price list, was given price over phone ended up paying more after removing part in person. I'm going to Noveys from here on out.

I would give 20 out of 5 stars if I could. I had my car towed here after it had a catastrophic engine failure, and Amy was incredibly helpful and flexible with my situation. I am not from the area and am a full time student in Buffalo, so my schedule did not align with the normal operating hours of Clear Salvage. Amy went out of her way to meet me on a Sunday afternoon outside of business hours in order to finalize the sale of my car for scrap (my car was at the end of its life). On top of that, I forgot my EZ-pass in the car, but that was no problem for Amy, as she mailed it to me immediately after I asked. Thank you so much for your kindness, Amy. I sincerely appreciate it.

Employees are extremely helpful and reasonable. Car drop off took less then 15 mins and I was paid very fast. An employee even helped us get the car off our dolly. I was impressed
