Contacted Jeff to run diagnostics on my husband's truck, dropped it off on a Friday, he said he'd looked at it right away on Monday. Took him until Thursday to give us an answer. We want a 2nd opinion from somewhere else before committing to a 8- 10k motor replacement. It has now been 2 weeks without a second vehicle for a household of 2 full time employees. Jeff/his office refuses to respond to text or call or put the motor back together so we can pick it up the truck but still charging $150 for OUR inconvenience.
