As a local resident who has used this car service multiple times over the years, I was extremely disappointed by my experience on Monday. When my trailer axle broke down adjacent to their property, I went in seeking assistance. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was unwelcoming and rude. While trying to temporarily secure the axle outside, a mechanic came out and began yelling at me to move my vehicle. My attempts to explain the broken axle and my need to make it towable were dismissed with demands to move before the boss arrived. This complete lack of empathy and help was a stark contrast to my previous experiences and has ensured I will no longer be a customer
