The team at this branch is truly amazing and welcoming. This was my third time renting from them, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Rodney took the time to address all of my questions and concerns before pickup and even went the extra mile to note my request for a vehicle with a sunroof on my account — and he absolutely delivered! My rental was perfect in every way. Rodney, Johnny, and Aizaz were all incredibly kind and made us feel right at home during both pickup and return. The lot attendant (I feel terrible I can’t remember his name) who has been there during each of my visits was also so friendly and always made sure we were completely satisfied. Customer service that I have not experienced in quite some time I needed to rent a car to attend my son's wedding in Santa Barbara I started this venture several days before the event. I went to the popular rental outfit starting with an H and ending with a Z and came up short every time I was in contact with them their phone service was just a loop they're online service I got nowhere and when I went in to the office they had no cars available which was a huge let down when I stepped outside I saw a competitor car rental outfit Sixt This car rental outfit gladly accepted my request they had a smile on their face and they are very respectful throughout the whole process I can't help but to say hats off to old fashioned customer service these folks provided let it be known that we custom

Do not recommend. I reserved a basic sedan for 1 day use. I used their website, made my payment and received email confirmation of vehicle , location pick up and time of pick up, also receipt of payment. I get dropped off at the location on Katella in Anaheim only to find out my reservation is not honored by them. According to the rep. although the reservation was completed on from THEIR website, it is from a 3rd party and bookings are not always accurate. Rep. said he could complete an "upgrade" rental. I feel this was a bait and switch situation, they confirmed everything and don't honor it, but for more money they would get me another car.
