SIXT Rent a Car Aspen Airport

Pickup and drop off were very easy. Jennifer was great! Car (Mercedes GLB) was clean and comfortable, it drove very nicely even on a snow covered road. We had some issues with the Apple CarPlay / Bluetooth system. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience however that was not honored on my final bill, I sent an email to customer service to get this resolved and am awaiting a response. Overall a good rental experience and would recommend!

Had a great experience at Sixt thanks to Jennifer Colosi. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating with our needs. We genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish. Customer service like this makes all the difference – highly recommend and truly appreciated!

My first ever experience with SIXT turned into a month long ordeal: - Reserved an intermediate category vehicle ahead of time for 4 days at a cost of $224 - Paid $370 at the airport for a Mazda CX-90 that actually fit our ski gear - Perfectly nice car, ski trip went swimmingly - Filled the car with gas and washed it for the next person - Returned the car and boarded my flight home. 3 days later, SIXT reported new damages to the windshield - Their pictures of the damages show the car (1) caked in a layer of mud and (2) parked in a completely different location - Same day, I respond with video evidence of the car’s state at time of pickup and return - 3 weeks later, and SIXT still has not responded to me, even after promising to respond in “the next few days”

We have used Sixt Aspen for short and long term rentals for a few years, now. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Without a doubt, they are hands down, the best car rental group in the Roaring Fork Valley! Nice people, too.

Jenn was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The check-in process was incredibly quick and easy she was efficient, friendly, and made everything feel seamless. On top of that, she surprised us with an upgrade, which completely exceeded our expectations and made our trip even better. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and attentive, and Jenn truly set the tone for a great experience. I will always choose Sixt when flying into the Aspen airport!
