I always rent a car here. This time the staff Trenell he was awesome,nice , quick. He made my trip. He did everything before I asked. So it was really really quick process. And he was so kind. I was needed visit again for add additional driver. When I visit again the office he saw me and he got me. He is soooooooo nice. Thank you Trenell you made my trip The car was white Mercedes E350 Wow so nice car..... I love it. And it was white color exactly what I want. Thank you so much. Always I feel like buying stuff at luxury store. There is other rental company who loved yellow. I guess you got that. They always ruin my trip. But Sixt always make my trip. I love it. I had a reservation for a 10:30 AM pickup at the Sixt location in Beverly Hills for a sedan, a Volkswagen Jetta or something similar. When I arrived, Amber at the front desk informed me that the only car available was a Ford Mustang convertible with no roof, which I could not agree to take since I needed to drive the car into Joshua Tree National Park from LA. She offered the only other option on the lot, which was a minivan. The receipt noted a “smoke smell,” so I asked Amber directly whether the car smelled like smoke. She reassured me that it had been fully cleaned and did not smell. I emphasized that I could not take a car with any smoke odor. When I asked if there were truly no other cars, she mentioned a recently returned Volkswagen, but said it was reserved for someone else. I point

Angelo is a very good receptionist. He was friendly and clearly explained the current condition of the car. He quickly helped me pick up the car and all the services. I was very satisfied. I recommend everyone to rent a car here.

I had a car booked with Sixt and called a week in advance to confirm availability. During that call, I asked three separate times whether I would have a car at pickup even though I had not received a confirmation email and was reassured each time that I would. I was told that if the exact make and model wasn’t available, a similar vehicle would be provided. Despite this, the booking was cancelled minutes before pickup while on my way to the office. Calls are recorded and I provided the case number, but Sixt head office has refused to take responsibility or offer meaningful compensation, offering only $15. Cancelling at the last possible moment after providing repeated reassurance left me with no reasonable alternative and caused unnecessary disruption. I would not rely on verbal confirm
