SIXT Rent a Car Denver Union Station

Gave a five star review before, however, During the check-in process, there was damage listed as a dent on the front driver side and already pictures of it. I took pictures of it and notified one of the employees parking other cars in the garage and he said I was fine because he also saw that it was already listed in a picture was taken of it By both someone before me and myself. Now this company is trying to put the blame on me even when previously reported. The employee that marked damage for me that was already there previously and reported needs to do a much better job of checking the previous damage that was already reported. It is a shame that you’re putting a loyal customer through this process taking my time and trying to take my money due to their own ignorance and incompetence.

Really happy with the process. First time using Sixt and will definitely use them again! My vehicle class wasn’t available so they upgraded the car. Friendly and helpful staff, easy pickup. You do have to walk 1 block to their parking garage but that wasn’t an issue at all.

Great experience with Sixt! Rented a car on the first day of our trip and then booked again through Sixt just two days later for another day trip out of the city. Both vehicles were in great condition, clean, and were fun to drive. The booking process was simple and hassle-free. I loved the option to select the vehicle through an email link during the check-in process. After the trip there were zero issues with either booking once the vehicles were returned. Would absolutely book again through this company.

Anthony did a great job I was in and out in a few minutes. They upgraded the car nice BMW able to return it easy pick up easy great experience first time using this company. Highly recommended.
