SIXT Rent a Car Kansas City Airport

Never knew they were at Kansas City International Airport. The girl working the counter was excellent very personable and friendly. The team that put my car together and got it to me very quick. The return was simple and easy. My experience was excellent. Make sure you keep these valuable employees.

Arrived and only had to wait a few minutes before completing my check-in. I meant to do the online process but forgot to complete so was pleasantly surprised that the check-in went smoothly. We got the BMW X3 and the car was a 2023 with low mileage so all good. I was offered an upgrade to the X5 but declined and also declined the extra insurance coverage. My agent -CV was excellent and offered a lot of solid advice for a stay in KC.

Sixt is a wonderful rental company. Even when you arrive at midnight they are very nice, helpful and fun. I expected a mid-sized camry or a sentra but walked out with a new BMW. What a great experience. Thank you!

I love Sixt and always rent cars from them, but my experience in Kansas was disappointing. First, instead of the usual $17-20 for daily insurance, they charged me over $40 (!!!!). Second, after I gave them my physical credit card, someone started making online purchases with it the day after. I know people make mistakes, but I only use this card for car rentals. I use a different card for everything else. And Apple Pay. I only used the physical card for the deposit, and then someone stole my information. I called the company (website) where the orders were placed, and they confirmed that the orders were placed from Kansas City and were being delivered to Kansas City. Words do not come close to describing my first and most recent interaction with SIXT. Agent Olivier was the epitome of great customer service sprinkled with hospitality. He communicated clearly, was pleasant, thorough and very well mannered; might I add, the transaction took place around 11:00 pm in minus temperatures. Definitely my first option when renting a vehicle again.
