SIXT Rent a Car Minneapolis Int Airport - Terminal 2

Agent not at the desk, came after 15-20 minutes of waiting. Didn't have my car class said he'll try to call the other terminal but I have to wait, told him I'm already late, said we don't have any upgrades here only downgrade. I accepted the downgrade had no other options as I was already late, when I finally went to pick up the car there were many upgrade cars in the lot, he just didn't want to offer them to me so I was stuck with the downgrade, the delay, the poor customer service.

Their claims department is extremely slow and unresponsive. I returned my rental with damage caused by another driver and was very forthcoming providing police report, insurance details, etc. It's now 8 months later and they're still slowly maybe processing the claim. Emails to their claims department email get no response.

For many months now Sixt has been trying to get me to pay for damage to a rental that I did not cause. This is a company with no integrity that runs these little scams on customers to keep prices low.

Your manager Tony is an absolute nightmare and he is rude and has no customer service skills. Don’t take a credit card that accepts payment for the card online and have me shuffle money to one you say will work and then that don’t and in the end I lose money and not even a single apology. I had a rep reach out to my business and you even made the poor dude at the counter verify when I had Sixt on the phone that the lady worked for Sixt. Why do you treat people like criminals and then not even offer an apology when she tells you to do your job and then you try to take me from a BMW to a Toyota Corolla and no price difference. I hope they find someone to replace you because you should be fired.

Prices were very high and service was lackluster. If they weren't the only company in the airport with any cars left, I would have definitely gone elsewhere.
