SIXT Rent a Car New York City Battery Park

Is my fourth time renting with this company and second time renting on this location. I'm amazed by the quality and cleanliness of their vehicles (and off course the affordability). Something I really like from this location besides been very convenient spot from where I live is the Staff! I have been helped by Bionny who has made my rides even more pleasant. His professionalism and positive attitude is what makes me come back to this location, very knowledgeable guy who will genuinely suggest you upgrades or better options according to your needs. (Without been pushy or feeling he's just trying to upsell you whatever)

Had a great rental Experience with them. Very nice, clean, new car. The rental agent at the desk, Terence, was very helpful and professional. The return was easy. Room for improvement would be a readily accessible phone number includes with the email confirmation of the rental or on the app. It took me forever to find the location (partly due to construction in the area) and I couldn’t call anyone for guidance. Also, the app should have an easily accessible button to extend the rental. I was in Traffic and running late to return the car and had to pull over to do a deep dive in the app to extend the rental. That should be on the first screen.

I would like to especially thank Débora and Manager Kalice for their outstanding customer service. Both showed professionalism, kindness, respect, and dedication at all times. They managed my situation with maximum effort until finding the best solution. The cars are of very good quality, the location is clean and fresh, and the service was quick and efficient. The place is pleasant, and the staff always tries to help you with everything you may need, often exceeding expectations. I truly recommend this location and highly appreciate the excellent service provided by Débora and Kalice.

Excellent customer service in Batter park location in Nyc! Bionny was extremely knowledgeable and made the paperwork process so seamless.The employees were friendly, professional and made the pick up and drop off process completely stress-free. I also have to mention extending the vehicle for another week was also a hassle free process.Thank you SIXT for such great service i will be back if I ever need a rental.

I had a great experience with Sixt Rent a Car at the New York City Battery location. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the check-in and return process were quick and easy. The vehicle was in excellent condition and very clean. I appreciated the convenient location and the clear instructions provided. I would definitely rent from this location again.
