SIXT Rent a Car Orlando International Drive

Just picked up our 1st SIXT car rental at Orlando Airport. Whole process was simple. Cindy helped us. She was so friendly and provided an Awesome experience!! We booked through the SIXT app and with our platinum status (AmEX Platinum) upgrade she put us into a new 2026 BMW X6. Amazing ride. We will DEFINITELY be renting with SIXT again in the future!!! Great rates, great car and outstanding service!

Decent prices, very easy to pick up and drop off car. The car was spotless, will definitely be coming back.

Extremely unprofessional team of SIXT who sits here and they least care to fix the issues at their end. We arrived with a booking and were told the car is not available. The options given were to pay extra for the car available or wait another 2 hrs. Would recommend not using Sixt if you want to save yourself some hassle. Editing the review- With all the hassle to get the car, the car completely not in a driving condition. It started showing first the tyre pressure is not good, followed by please change your engine oil, this was not enough the last was your showing a warning that brakes are not good. Imagine driving from key west to Miami during the night with all these issue and a child in the car. Horrible experience.

I had a very disappointing experience renting from Sixt, starting at the Westin Beach location in Fort Lauderdale and ending at the Sonesta ES location in Orlando. I reserved a BMW X1 and specifically chose Sixt for that vehicle. Despite checking in online in advance, I was told upon arrival that no vehicles in that class were available. I was first offered a Toyota RAV4 with a suggested discount, which did not meet my needs. After I indicated I would need to go elsewhere, I was then offered a BMW 5 Series, but only after the employee said he needed approval. I was told I could have the vehicle if I agreed to complete a positive survey. Wanting to continue my trip, I accepted.
