S&J Roadside Service

I went in to look at the car I was in an accident in and these are the nicest people. I met a lady in the office in the One on Jefferson hwy Athens and she was so polite and caring. I think her name was Donna. The towing company is amazing to deal with but that precious lady in the office was such a blessing during a tough time! If you need a great towing company they are the ones!!!

I had to use Good Sam Roadside Assistance, and I was very impressed. They connected me with S&J Towing, who responded very quickly. The driver was professional, polite, and reassuring the entire time. This kind of service really makes a difference when you’re stranded. I would absolutely recommend both Good Sam and S&J Towing!

Unfortunately I had to use their service today when my car broke down, but S&J saved me by arriving super fast, getting my car out of an ackward position, on the truck and had me on my way - in no time. I am lucky they answered the call. Friendly and professional. Thanks again!

I am beyond grateful for S&J towing. My car has been giving me trouble for the past few months, and S&J has towed it about 4 or 5 times for me. I have had two different drivers & each time they were so kind, so quick to respond, and beyond patient with me & my car. I met Dro today & he went out of his way to make it to my car. They had 316 shut down, but he spoke with the officer blocking the road, determined to get to me. He made it through, and I was able to ride with him to the shop, and he dropped me off and wished me the best of luck. I am SO blessed to have encountered him today, his peaceful spirit was exactly what I needed to keep me from tears today. Needed my car towed to a shop. I went through my insurance roadside assistance and S&J was who they called and I'm glad they did! Kyle was awesome!!! Amazing customer service!!
