GREAT PEOPLE THAT ARE KNOWLEDGABLE AND DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. My one year-old car had an electronic issue that locked up my entire car. Ford Roadside service dispatched Shimino Towing and they were to be in less than 30 minutes. The Shimino office took my call and were great. AJ was the flatbed operator and knew how to listen and had the knowledge to get us started. I could have not had a better experience. Thank you.
I needed a car door opened just to change the battery! A.J. Was professional, friendly and efficient! He had the door open in moments. Thank You and good job!

Great company! Fast service and very helpful and knowledgeable employees. S/o to George for his quick dispatch and for assisting me with my insurer’s mistake!
Professionalism on time and simply good people describe this business and their drivers. Chase was my driver today and i have to say i have lived in williamsburg 3 years and hace not encountered such gpos service. Had to have my car towed by AAA from dolphin, Virginia to Williamsburg and chase had just happened to take a car from Newport. News to petersburg, so it worked out perfect. He was an all arpind great guy knows his craft and wad a true professional. I will use this company again even if im paying out of pocket....great service and a great driver.....
