DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY BMW OWNER STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! I’m a very honest person and expect honesty in return and good business especially after paying over $1,000 for all 4 breaks and rotors replaced. I have a BMW X6 2013 with no lights on the dashboard. I took my car here on 11/20/2025, waited almost 5 hours with no type of heat in the seating area at all. Drove my car home which is 5-6 minutes away from this shop. After about 30 min- 1 hour, got back in the car to go pick up food. The car would barely move and my engine malfunctioning light comes on! My car sounds like a generator when turned on now and it’s shaking and jumping constantly, while in park & in drive. Audi Princess 👑 Saad and Danny took such great care of my car. I went in for spark plugs bc my spark plugs kept going out. It ended up being my engine failing. (I have an Audi)! Audi was too booked. So they fixed my car . Not only that ! They were so thorough with it . They take pride in what they do and it shows . I go to another place to get my car fixed usually but I think I’m going to stick with these guys. They already did a very strenuous, long and meticulous job like replacing the engine and she is running beautifully! They even let me know in a few months I will need front brakes but I’m good for now. Look at that honesty! They could’ve got me spending even more money on the spot but they didn’t. I had an amazing experience at this auto shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the work that needed to be done. There was no pressure, no confusing jargon, just honest and straightforward communication. Their pricing was completely fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the service was quick, reliable, and done right the first time. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this place has definitely earned my trust. I came here for a state inspection. across the street from zips. On the lastday of the month, these guys were professional and very courteous. had me in and out fast. gave me some insight on wear and tear that needs fixing in the future.great people! I'll be sure to return to these guys for some more work.

Thankful Skrrt Tires and Auto Services was able to diagnose and repair my car so promptly. They worked with my Car Max extended warranty (Repair Pal) ensuring I didn't have much to pay out-of-pocket. They kept me informed along the way. They even worked after hours on a Saturday to ensure my car was finished so I wouldn't have to wait till Monday to pick it up.
