I’m a repeat customer, and I can’t recommend Sky Collision in Snellville highly enough. Every experience I’ve had with them has been outstanding. They are incredibly fast, professional, and their work is top-notch. They’ve repaired both our SUV and our truck, and each time the vehicles came back looking amazing—you honestly wouldn’t know there had ever been damage. What really sets Sky Collision apart, though, is their honesty and how genuinely helpful they are. During my most recent visit, they went above and beyond to diagnose an issue with my sunroof. Sky Collision did an excellent job on my car. I have a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was in an accident and messed up my front bumper and that caused some internal damage too. However, it has been 4 months since having my car repaired and it still runs smoothly. There isn’t any evidence of even a scratch from the accident. I ended up paying them through my insurance and that process was seamless, I had no problems whatsoever with repairs. Customer service was great they always answered my questions and kept me informed on the progress. They did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone.

SKY COLLISION IS AMAZING!! They did a Phenomenal job on my car, fair prices, and even left my car super clean. And they have FANTASTIC customer service. Every step of the way they kept me in the loop. Alan called to let me know major details, then they sent daily text updates about what was going on. Alan who worked on my car/runs the shop is absolutely amazing. He was so good I thought “it MUST be HIS business” He definitely deserves a raise! He treats the shop like it’s his own. From beginning to end, Allen and the employees at Sky Collision were so incredibly professional. They kept me abreast of every step of the process, from the estimate on my 2019 Nissan Murano to parts to the eventual repair and additional damage he found. The repair was done so well and my car was returned good as new! The best part was the car they took with my car; I got it back cleaned and detailed! Great service and at half the cost of the dealer. Allen really worked with me especially since I was paying out of pocket. I highly recommend Sky Collision Snellville!

From the first phone call, to the taking of pictures and estimates, length of time to complete the job, and resolution of issue after I received my car back, customer service is excellent.
