Skyway Towing and Recovery

A driver was able to show up after hours and let us in our car to retrieve our belongings there was a small wait but it was expected being he was interrupting bis work shift to help us out. Polite and helpful.

I was in a panic, and dispatch immediately calmed me down. They got to me within 30 minutes and safely towed my car. The driver, Steve was very kind and helpful, and rates were reasonable and affordable.

Zero empathy from driver, I could have moved my car right there n the spot and he still charged me full price for not tow it completely, at least half price or work something out but no manners at all from these people seeking money, worst humans u can ever meet

Police had our car towed here after an accident. When I came to get the stuff out of the car you could obviously tell someone went through everything. The inside console had been taken off that was covering the media player, heater, etc and thrown on the floor, the back seat leading to the trunk was down and clothes that were in a bag were hanging out. The bag was empty in the back of the car. Nike shoes, nice pants and other things were gone, a large tool, all the spare change in the front, and all the small things in the front like axe spray, lotion etc that were my boyfriends- All gone. The driver window was also all the way down when I approached the car and it had just rained and then snowed but the windows were all up the night of the accident and driver window was slightly cracked

My car was in their impound lot for one night and had the window shattered and valuables stolen. Skyway claimed zero responsibility citing the situation being no different than me having parked in a grocery store lot overnight. But I did have the privilege to pay $60 a night (on top of the $250 towing charge) so they could "safely" store my vehicle. 0/10 would not "abandon" my car for 7 days during Christmas holidays again.
