The culture of an organization is set from the top. I would stay far, far away from these dealerships because you need good customer support when things go wrong and that’s probably when you’ll be singing that old song “You left me just when I needed you most…”

Stay away from dealerships owned by this group. BMW of Devon for example. Terrible communication and very poor workmanship. Had brakes done and now the squeal , had windshield wipers recalibrated and now they run off the windshield. WTH? Management performance is just as bad. Fair warning. STAY AWAY

The communication and customer service is terrible. My pregnant wife drove 50mins each way after a test drive appointment was confirmed only to be told the vehicle sold. Then they were oblivious enough to try to sell us an suv when we are in the market for minivan. They just want you in the door and seemingly can care less about your time or interests. Stay away!
