Smart Auto Sales wife bought a 2012 dodge,,made a offer they rejected it said car was worth it cause his mechanic work on it.. first day eng light went on,,dual oil was bad suposedly/ thet replaced.. now the rear end was found to be very low on fluid and bad.. called smart auto.. they said they would lookinto it,,,and nothing.. we paid cash and they asking price because it was to be ok to drive. your service and reply time sucks and your mechanic is not up to chercking cars for problems..rear struts were totally shot..fronts also but not as bad. ya got your money tho..buyer beware in the END they just blew it off and ignored us.. i ended up spending around 8 grand to make it road worthy, after a year.wife was totally unhappy so i bought her a 2023 jeep. from southtown where my sister in

Friendly, honest, helpful staff answered all my questions and took my particular financial situation into consideration. I found a great car for an awesome price! They were very forthcoming with all the knowledge they had about any vehicle of interest. It was a pleasure doing business with them! My daughter also bought a minivan from them as well. Neither of us has had problems with our vehicles and we r very satisfied with our purchases! I highly recommend this business!

If I could give 0 starts, I would. I stopped by to look at a vehicle during business hours and I waited about an hour to talk to him about it. He never showed up. When I did catch him and told him I had interest in a vehicle, he took my name and number and told me he would call me when he had a chance to look at the vehicle (he bought it from another dealer and wanted his mechanics to look at it). Today, I drove by and he was showing a family the vehicle I was interested in. This is, by far, the worst customer service I had ever seen from an auto dealership. He’s not at the dealership during posted hours, he doesn’t contact people who asked to contacted through his own website, nor does he contact you if he takes down your information.
