Smart Choice Insurance

Called and got a quote for exactly what I have on the policy I have now. I drove an hour to get there and the quote was $500 more than what I was quoted over the phone. I called them twice before I got there to make sure I was getting the same coverage just to be told differently when I showed up. When I got there I did not see the man I spoke with but was helped by a lady at the front desk that obviously didn’t want to help me. I even called and talked to the man and told him what time I was coming to make sure he would be available. It’s very disappointing because I have had the same insurance for 20 years and took a chance on this business because of such a lower rate. I should have known better. It’s the dishonesty that has me upset the most.

This is bad business. I've been calling this place for over a month. I finally stopped by and ole dude was like were open. I told him I would call at 9 am next day and he still didn't answer the phone. He didn't even say that he owned the car insurance place smh. As convenient as this location is,cuz I'm 15 minutes away, I would not come back here if he paid me. N I just passed by, he sitting in his garage and always telling people I can't answer the phone cuz I got clients. How?? U never answer the phone????

Called several times on different says and when I finally got someone on the phone, the person took my name and number and stated he would call me back. Still haven't received that call back. 😠

I've always been a trusted insurance.carrier with CHOICE INSURANCE .MY HUSBAND STARTED ME WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR THE MOST WELL establish company with courtesy and professionally in doing that job
