First time I came here I had just purchased and powdercoated some wheels for my wife's car. He found out that the hub bore on the wheel was too small and recommended machining them out. I approved the work and within 2 days he had them back with my TPMS swapped from the old wheels and tires mounted. What set this shop apart from everywhere else is that he called me at 8pm to confirm the specs I needed for the machine work. Most places would have waited till the next day, but he was still working late into the night. About 2 weeks later I had a tire losing air after hitting a pothole. I took it to him to look at and he gave me a call shortly thereafter letting me know that the wheel was bent. Have an issue with your big truck? Then these are your “GO TO GUYS”!!! They just get it done & get you back on the road pronto! We had a truck with a flat tire & none of the name brand places can change a tow truck tire nor did they have the size in stock. But Smiley’s did, they dug back in their inventory & found it! Then they had my guy in & out within 15 minutes…like a professional pit crew! And they didn’t take advantage on pricing either, SUPER reasonable! They definitely know what they’re doing & I’m so glad we found them!! Thank you guys for making my life easier & for doing such a great job!!!

Service is fast and prices are great but they do not appear to be careful or gentle with the wheels. I have aftermarket powder coated wheels. Any rough handling results in chips in the finish that are pretty noticeable. I noticed that there are some chips on the outer lip that weren't there before I brought the car to them. The adhesive from the old wheel weights is also visible. I love the fitment and pricing of the new tires that Smiley scored for me, but I'm not crazy about the minor damage that the wheels sustained. I understand that if you're offering some of the best prices and fastest service in town, you're going to get lines of customers. A little care for the wheel services would be a fair tradeoff for an increased price.
