After having some issues with another local shop, I was very iffy about going to another one. Jay was recommended to me by my father in law after my transfer case went out on my truck. I took the risk of bringing it here to have it, and a few other things replaced at the same time. My wife's car was towed there after a tree fell on it on hwy 19. She was transported to the hospital to be checked out. She was told she could retrieve her possessions that afternoon after I picked her up. They would not answer their phone with numerous calls and answering machine. The sheriff's deputy was informed that there were several guns and jewelry in the vehicle and were assured we could retrieve them that evening. Because of their failure to provide access, we had to stay the night and to reach out to the sheriff's office the next day for assistance because they still not answer their phone.
