Fast, Knowledgeable, and High Quality. I was very pleased with my experience at Smith Muffler. I came in looking for a quote for an exhaust repair, thinking that I would have to come back in a week or 2 to get it done. Within 15 minutes, they had my car up on the lift for inspection, and they had it fixed within 1.5 hours. Weld quality is very good. They had parts on hand to fabricate exactly what I needed. These guys know what they are doing. I will definitely be back. Side note: This is the first time that I have been to a repair shop and someone has not tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Props to them.

Started having some major problems with my truck, specifically really bad misfiring at low idle. Brought it in for a diagnostic and Tommy knew exactly what was wrong and took his time to explain it to me and show me exactly what needed to be done so I had confidence in the repair. It was a massive repair, a stuck cam phaser. They did the work in a very short amount of time and were able to work with me to get some new tires as well. Overall a great experience and they did exactly what they said they would do and my problem is fixed. They have a great reputation for a reason and I will be coming back to service my other vehicles.

As a woman, when I have to have my car serviced, it's important that I feel comfortable and know that I'm going to be treated fairly. That happens every time I go to Smith Muffler. My boyfriend and I both go there and we are never disappointed. The owner and his son run an amazing shop and we feel so lucky to have Smith Muffler available to us!

I recently took two vehicles in one needed an alternator and wanted the belt drive system looked at. Got a call back from the ted. Yep alternator not putting out 13 amps ok fix it was gonna be 700 something. Great the guys always do great work …. I asked if we could check the pullies and anything in accessory system ok I then get a call back that yea water pump was leaking. Which I don’t doubt then another call it needs a radiator cause the overflow tip was broke that I would have defiantly noticed.made me feel like it got broke doing the alternator cause and water pump… ok fiix it new radiator like my little car. So all in total 2400$ car seamed great when I got in was super happy so I took my truck back down there get exhaust leak fixed and possible valve cover gasket… got quoted 800$
