We broke down on the side of highway 59 on Saturday. 6 miles from our house. Called Smith's for a tow back to our driveway. Got his voicemail which previous reviews said would happen. I left a message with no response. We had to leave our vehicle and called back a few more times throughout the day. It is now TUESDAY and we still have never received a call back from him. Obviously we have the car home by now. But I will never offer them my business again. I'm happy to support local small businesses but not them. Very disappointed. I give them ZERO stars, only selected one star to leave my review.
I left a message and they called me back within 10min. Was quick to give me a quote and started on their way!
Came out late at night to unlock my car after a user error. He was very friendly and got here quickly. So very thankful to Smiths Towing service!!!!
I got myself stuck in the mud at 3am cuz I'm dumb. I woke Mr. Smith up, but he was as kind as can be, and came right out. I had myself in such a mess that we even got his truck stuck in the mud. Ouch. It took some doing to get us both unstuck, but finally SUCCESS! He had quoted me a probable price up front, but the job turned out to be much more of a hassle than anticipated. He charged me a fair rate for all the trouble, and after hours. I cannot recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed. Thank You, Sir!🙏🏽
Matt is incredible! Made it to Monkey Island in less than a hour. Took good care of my car. Definitely recommend! ✨
