Star Lube - Grove

I am new to the area, and was looking for somewhere to get my oil change. I went to Star Lube in Grove Oklahoma. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. Oil was spilled on my engine, which I can understand that happening sometimes. My problem was, oil was just left on my engine to burn off and stink!. Would not recommend this place.

They tried telling me my front tires needed rotated. I just bought tires from Curtis Tates 2 months ago. After they finished the oil change, they charged me double for it and blamed Trumps new tariffs on the higher price. I went directly to Curtis Tates and they checked them. They told me that I didn't need a rotation and I still had 1,500 miles left before the next tire rotation. They wanted 25.00 for the rotation and didn't even need it! It's not the same as when Jerry owned it.

Great customer service and honest workmanship. I love going here! I went in and they mentioned my coolant was low, come to find out I had two pin hole leaks in my water pump. Fast friendly service every time I go in!

Excellent service! Employees are kind, efficient and it doesn’t take long for an oil change. They always keep an eye on my tire pressure. I will continue to do business with this company. They have a great reputation. They communicate well with their customers.
