Wow, so fast came in less than 10 minutes and opened the door in about 5 minutes. Lightning speed both getting here and doing the unlocking. Very reasonable price as well and very courteous and caring.

Smith’s Towing was chosen for us by an insurance company and we could not have been more pleased. The dispatcher worked with us to coordinate a time for pickup of our vehicle so that we could be home when the driver arrived. The driver, Josh, arrived as agreed upon. Josh was friendly and courteous and worked diligently to get our RV in the proper position and securely on the tow bars. That was no trivial task. We live on a small, dead-end street and we had to take care to ensure we left a lane open for traffic. Great communication, friendly and helpful staff would encourage us to use Smith’s for any future towing needs we might have. Thanks for a good experience!

My wife and I broke down in Montgomery AL on our way back to MN. Norman provided exceptional service and made the process of towing both my truck and camper as stress free as possible. We really appreciated him during an otherwise stressful experience with a broken truck. Thank you, Norman!

Got rear ended on I-65 and Norman came out to pick us up. Awesome guy and was super helpful getting us to the next exit and made sure we were safe and got picked up by a friend. After the initial tow, Quan with dispatch was amazingly helpful and communicative throughout the waiting process and with insurance once everything got moving on the insurance side. I needed a tow on a “roll back tow truck” bc my truck is lifted and I have large off set tires and rims. I called AAA and they dispatched me to this company. I called Smiths towing and she had all my info there. Apparently triple A would only pay for 3 miles as that’s how my membership plan is and she was very clear that it would be $5 per mile, told me the total upfront. To go from where my truck was to Mckelvey’s Chevrolet it’s a total of 9.5 miles. Josh showed up about 45 mins later with a handshake and a smile. Scoped out the situation and made a plan to safely and swiftly get it on the flat bed.
