Walmart Auto Care Center

Went in for a tire rotation and balance, which is why I always buy tires from Walmart. I always buy the road hazard and tire rotation and balance. Today, 12/21/2025, the guys claimed they could not perform the requested service on my truck due to “policy.” I asked them when their policy had changed because they had rotated and balanced these same tires many times in the past. He would only say it was due to policy. Now this is after they checked my truck in and I had been waiting for 30 minutes that the technicians decided they couldn’t do the work. So I asked to see the manager which they said no one was there due to it being a Sunday but that Joe was the team lead. I booked online for tire replacement for Tesla, and I was just rejected on site. There isn't any message displayed for difficulties for Tesla vehicles. It took about a month to get refunded 4 tires already bought. By the way manager is being kind.

Tomas and his team were extremely helpful and got my car fixed in an extremely timely fashion. I came in with an unusual issue/request and they were extremely accommodating and got me back on the road safely and quickly. I would definitely take my car back here in the future.

I’m sorry but they need to hire more people in the auto center. There is no reason why it should take 2 hours for a simple oil change. Not everyone has 2 hours to spear on an oil change. Every time I leave there I have to recheck all of my stuff because I’m just skeptical on if they need a good job or not. My car is my only form of transportation. If it gets messed up I would be highly upset. I may just stick to doing it myself for now on. This way I know it is done absolutely correct and with in 10-15 minutes.

Usually service has been pretty good? Although here lately there's always a 2-4+hr wait due to not having enough certified mechanics. I believe management needs look less at trying to run a store on a skeleton crew and focusing more on hiring more certified mechanics.
