My car broke down and they showed up to help in a timely manner with a kind attitude. Art had great customer service and answered all of my questions. If i ever need towing service again i will 100% rely on Smiths!

We went to Univ of IL campus to visit, they towed my car within 2hours window on Saturday afternoon. Apparently you cant street park without permits. Long story short, they charged me $348 for towing and damaged my car but when I was complaining they said they are not responsible for it and when police was trying to help, it was too late to file any complaint since I already signed the agreement when I picked up the car. Whole thing was a disaster, unprofessional, now my car is damaged.

Locked my keys in the car. These guys showed up in about 10 minutes and got the car open quickly with no damage. The fee was very reasonable. Friendly people, too.

I was stuck on the side of the road with a bad leaking and smoking issue coming from my car. John helped me out in a desperate time of need. He offered to put water in the car to see If it would start. No luck there so John explained that my radiator may have been bad and towed me for a really Cheap price. Best in the city is my opinion and Very helpful. Came right in the Nick of time.
