Here is an honest review. 1. I have had my vehicle serviced there a few times. They have provided outstanding and prompt service each time. 2. They are not cheap; but neither has the services they provided. Like everything in this life, everything has value. If you place more value in getting the job done right the first time, no aggravation, a transparent transaction and the competence of being able to handle a slew of complex issues, then this is your shop. If you're looking for a cheap oil change, a discounted battery or no name tires, this is probably not your shop. I don't go to them for all of my service needs as my income forces me to find "deals", but when I have a rattle, a leak or an issue that other shops would scratch their head at, this is the shop I bring my vehicle to. Smithwest Service Center is THE place to go when you have a huge problem with your vehicle. My BMW had problems with differential and transfer case.Thank god for MaxCare because we would have to pay out of pocket (around 15k). Anyways; the owner Angelo knows what he is doing. The second our car ended up at their shop he knew whats wrong. Cassandra (the receptionist) is amazing. Very friendly and professional! Dealing with warranty claims it takes time. She was updating us on the claim as soon as she got any updates. Reading previous reviews I was a little scared… but now I know they really know what they are doing! This shop is really good. I would highly recommend Smithwest Service Center!

I brought my vehicle in for inspection, which went smoothly, as expected, given that it’s a new car. While I was there, I also witnessed the person working the front desk at SmithWest Service treat a mentally challenged customer with genuine respect and care. That moment really stood out to me. I’ll continue using SmithWest for as long as I live in the area. Kudos to the gentleman at the front desk.

Always a Pleasure bringing one of my automobiles there. I could call in the morning for an appointment and they’ll take me in that afternoon. They make it very convenient, never disappointed.. thank you Angelo and team.

Smithwest Service Center took me in without scheduling to repair my leaking tire. Work was completed fairly quick with minimal wait time in their comfortable waiting area. I left satisfied but not sure if my AAA discount was applied to the bill. Regardless the price was fair, perhaps more reasonable than other automotive shops in the area. I recommend Smithwest Service Center
