Smitty's Car Wash

I have been going to Smitty’s since they opened and have always had a great experience. One of the guys today went above and beyond. Truly grateful for Smitty’s Carwash.

Need more rinse jets. Leaves water spots every time and I can see it’s not fully rinsed by the end. I love the amenities they provide like the free microfiber towels and sprays to clean your car and free vaccum. However one side of my vacuum had something stuck in it so it was weak. Also half of the spots at the free vacuum are just people sitting in their dirty cars (obviously not customers) or just parked there for no reason taking up a spot. Need to start towing.

Been going with our vehicles (4 of them) and had membership on the main daily suv since they opened as well, but past few months seems like they have went downhill somewhat, as in vacuums don't seem to work as well, never any towels out and spray bottles usually low or leaking, on top of them raising the membership price for the top package we have now is almost 40 a month now, won't put a membership on our pick ups due to every time we run them through the wash tire shine ends up all over the sides of the pick up and on a white and tan trucks it looks terrible and then has to be re washed, last time it left roughly a Dixie cup of tire shine inside my rims, all 4..I had to use rags and scoop it out which in turn got hands covered and makes massive mess. The guy at the gate was very friendly and asked me to come back to get a membership. I will get one, but didn’t have time to do it then. The guy at the entrance of the wash was fantastic too! Scrubbed some problem spots prior to entering the car wash.

4 the price of one car wash @ other locations U can get 3 washes @ Smitty's; & if U wash Ur car more than 3 times in one month, U can consider the rest of the washes as being free. I just drive up 2 the gate & it opens to let me receive a beautiful wash & wax job for my car & the tires. I feel U, 2, would be very pleased & proud if U joined up with Smitty's Carwash.
