I have a membership here and the staff and management have been amazing to deal with considering all my chaos of changing cars due to deer. They aren’t afraid to take the extra time to be thorough when it is needed. I would never go anywhere else after experiencing the customer service I have received here. Absolutely top notch!

The manager at the Wash Shop on North Vermilion Street is the most patient and hardworking individual I have met in a long time. You just don’t find people with this kind of work ethic anymore. He has worked through different owners and a new computer system to make sure this business keeps running. I have never seen him with a bad attitude. He always has a smile and seems very able to provide a great customer experience. The process of getting your vehicle cleaned is top notch from start to finish. Two thumbs up!

Always good service, especially when Traye is working, he goes above and beyond for his customers and always has a smile on his face. Great service and great place to go.

First time at the one on Gibert and it was terrible to be honest. Paid $16 to have to completely go somewhere else. The car was still dirty all the way around the middle of the car. Terrible.
