very terrible I came here and I wanted to get a car wash And their machines were faulty and broke my windshield very terrible service I do not recommend they are always aggravated and take their aggravation out on your vehicle

I highly recommend Smitty’s car wash . I can honestly say that the young man working there is a very hard worker. My truck came out so clean and shiny. The vacuums worked perfectly. This place is better in service and the finished job is amazing 🤩 . It’s better than Royse city and Rockwall car wash places. You can see the difference for sure . Keep up the great customer service and the quality of the car wash. Thank you so very much for all your hard working employees. Definitely will come back again.

I don’t understand how this place has more than 1 star. Only thing decent is the people when you pay. Vacuums hardly pick anything up or just don’t work at all. No clean towels in any of the bins. I feel like I have to run my car through the wash three cycles just to get it clean. Waste of time and money.

We got the premium wash and it didnt do anything to our SUV when we got out to wipe the water off the car it was still dirty. This is the second time that we have tried Smitty and both times has been a bad experience.

At Smitty’s Car wash on Wesley Street in Greenville, Texas. As I was cleaning my car, Devin Was going through and ensuring clean towels and All purpose cleaner that they provide was in stock. He took the time to make sure everything was going great and if I needed anything. I told him that the all purpose cleaner is amazing on my touch screen’s In my car and even showed him that it didn’t even need much pressure to get clean.
