Brian picked me up along the 101 and got me to the repair shop in record time. His truck was brand new. Top.notch service.

The first driver was nice but the people in the office were kind of disorganized. They also didn’t deliver my car to the dealership until a day later. I feel like for what I paid they should have been a bit more prompt and courteous. The price was guaranteed at least, and reasonable compared to others.

Smitty's Towing will quote you one price and then try and double it when they show up for the tow. They left me in a complete bind after I waited 2 hours for them. Maybe they shouldn't quote prices if they are not going to stick to it. They should also train their phone staff a little better to understand what is really going on. As a business owner myself, I have to say that there are some companies that care, and there are others that don't. Smitty's Towing is obviously the latter. I would not recommend this company unless they were your last option.

I had a gentleman arrive to help me for a vehicle lockout, and he arrived very quickly after I made my call. I was with my fiance, and we both spoke to him. He was very professional and I recommend their services! 5++ stars!

I called and was given a quote and a time they would arrive. They arrived 10 minutes early and the driver was friendly, helpful, and very quick. The only “problem”, and I don’t consider it a negative problem, is that the driver didn’t know if they had given me a quote. Would definitely use again!
