He was friendly, explained everything clearly, and really took pride in his work. Super professional and awesome to deal with. Highly recommend him to anyone needing body repairs. I had an amazing experience with SMK Auto. Tom was amazing to work with from start to finish — patient, detail-oriented, and truly dedicated to getting everything right. He handled a roof repair and full repaint on my Mazda CX-50, including removing and replacing one of the roof bars, and the results were perfect. The paintwork looks flawless and factory-new. Tom also went above and beyond by communicating directly with my insurance company to make sure all the necessary price adjustments were handled smoothly. It made the whole process completely stress-free. Highly recommend SMK Auto and Tom for anyone looking for high-quality, professional auto body work!

Tom took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied with the work even at the expense of giving him a headache😅 From my first conversation with him I felt like I was in good hands. He gave me a fair price, told me about the whole process and fully warranted all the work! He had me in and out in a week looking brand new, you cant even tell someone crashed into me. He told me how to keep up on maintenance and that if I had any issues to just give him a call and they would fix right away. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs work on their car. l highly recommend SMK. They exceeded my expectations! I was involved in two accidents months apart and Tom was very straightforward with the cost of the jobs and the time needed to complete the repairs. Customer service was top-notch, and they treated me with honesty and respect throughout the entire process. I managed to save some $$$ as well! The vehicle looks as good as new when initially the adjuster wanted to total the vehicle.

My car was just fixed at this shop, but unfortunately I no longer have photos of the damage to post here. It was considerable though, but now it looks brand new and was cleaned inside and out upon pickup, even the rims. I was very impressed with the work done and with the owner, Tom, and everyone else who works there. Tom went above and beyond for me despite the monumental hassle my car turned out to be. He took it all in stride and dealt with me very patiently and graciously. I want to say that if you need to a shop for body work etc, that you know will do a good job and be reliable, this is the place. I can’t recommend them enough, from my experience with them twice now
