I was intimidated because of the reviews but went anyway. Will come again. As long as you know to show the coupon right when you walk in, you should be good. Quick service. Comfortable waiting area. Also recommend paying cash. Good for you and for the support of the small business.

Good customer service, fast even though they were very busy. I had like 6 or 7 people ahead of me, I went across the street and ate lunch and my car was done before I was. Definitely recommend, I will be back.

This past weekend, I took my car here not expecting to run into any issues when it comes to the customer service at least. A gentleman working the counter was very rude for no reason. Didn’t bother to greet or say much really. While I was waiting another customer walked in, he asked if he could get his car smogged and the worker told him no, that I was the last one of the day. They close at 2, this was around 12:45 ish. The customer asked if he could check with the tec to see if he would be willing to squeeze him in for the last one of the day, the worker refused until the customer asked again. The Tec agreed and he was able to get it done for him but acted like it was an inconvenience. When I got to check out, I had a coupon to use. The guy told me that it needed to be shown prior to writ
