The guy over there was rude and Disrespectful he was also telling me for some reason that I should talk to the DMV about paying with card or something because the devices the DMV gave to them are pretty outdated and only except card. No tap pay no nothing. Overall, the dude loved to bicker but I let it slide . He liked to talk back a lot. Over all big baby afraid to count cash

DONT GO HERE!! I went today, got yelled at, and they refused service for no reason. As I left, the worker flipped me off. This is nothing but disgusting behavior and purely racial motivated.

I used to go to the guy on Vassar across from the Social Security Office but he was so rude last time (not really nice the other times) I gave up and tried Smog Monkey. Very lovely fellow did a great job - now 2 years. I highly recommend this business.

Today, I had the most unprofessional experience with customer service at this location. I’ve been coming here for years with all of my vehicles, but after today, I won’t be returning. The individual who handles the smog checks—who has also been there for quite some time refused to provide his name when asked. When I tried to pay with a $100 bill, he became rude and disrespectful, complaining that he didn’t have change. Honestly, what kind of business doesn’t keep change on hand? Regardless, there was absolutely no excuse for the way he spoke to me. His attitude was completely unacceptable.
