Smog Stop

Went to this smog shop and boy do I regret it. Took my older pickup here to get smogged and it failed the initial tests. It was due to high idle and a few vacuum lines needing to be replaced. Fair enough, they do a free retest so I had these items fixed promptly by a trusted mechanic. Upon return I showed up around 1pm on a Thursday and the older gentlemen that works there states "I don't take the older vehicles past 11am" apparently because they take longer. Mind you, there are no vehicles getting smogged or waiting to be smogged at this point. I try to level and ask if he can just help out since there are no vehicles here at the moment. He views my repair paperwork from my mechanic and states, "I hope they fixed the right stuff" Excuse me? They fixed the exact items that YOU had marked

So they advertise they take anybody's coupons.But when I got there, they told me, they don't take coupons for anybody past watt avenue, and then if you use somebody else's coupons, they don't do a retest for free.And as other people have said online, they fail your car purposely. I was an honest customer who brought a coupon and they refused to accept it.And then told me if they did accept anybody else's coupon, they wouldn't retest for free.After I read the reviews, seeing that they fail other people's cars i wouldn't trust this place ever again.

The company I work for has been taking our fleet here for more than a decade. Always takes care of our fleet and will take care of us with our personal vehicles. I’d highly recommend!
