Smokey's Tire & Brake

If I could leave a 1/2 stare I would I have a customer they no who she is went in to them bought 2 used tires and now I told her that her tires are dry rotted and one of the tires are 17 years old the other tire went flat 8 miles down the road and now they refuse to refund or replace the outdated tires because they had me do the mechanic work instead of them for one you don't get work disrespecting customers like that for two u have very shity service and rip people off then have a audacity to say can't make a dollar anywhere I'm gonna talk with her if u don't make it right and I'm going to witness all of this and see that she takes you to court. For putting unsafe tires on cars not to mention your doing this to a handicap lady in a wheel chair

This place isn’t the business it used to be. I’ve bought tires for Smoky Sr. Over 40 years ago. The only place I ever buy my tires. I went in a month ago and had two front tires put on my truck and the ones I use aren’t cheep. I know that they must use protection so the machine doesn’t damage the wheels and I forget to remind them of this and Jerry wasn’t there and of course they damaged both of the wheels. I didn’t know it and until I went to wash my truck. I bought it back so Jerry could look at it and of course he said that he wasn’t responsible and his guys would have told him if they had damaged the wheels. At 1400 dollars a piece does he really believe that his workers will fess up to that!!!! You have to be at work so you can make sure your employees are not going to damage wheels.

Came in for something simple which ended up a bit more complicated, the whole crew pitched in and really went above and beyond to get things sorted out for me. Excellent service, crew and owner were very knowledgeable and friendly, got a level of service I doubt I’d have gotten near at any other shop. Very happy with the service and final bill was very reasonable. Highly recommend this shop.

I have always been well satisfied with the quick service, attention to detail , friendliness of the employees and prices at Smokey’s Tire and brake service in Cleveland, Texas .Small town business is hard earned and well deserved! They have bent over backward to get the tires I want at a price I could live with and are always courteous. Guess that’s why they are a mainstay business in Cleveland!! 54 years strong and still doing their best!
