5 star 100%. !!! Daphne has been absolutely fabulous throughout this entire process!! My Mother seems to be very happy!!! The property is clean, the food is delicious, the activities are ever changing and daily!! I can’t say enough great things and there are many more to add!!! Oh, her apartment is fabulous too!!! Thank you Daphne for being so helpful and kind!! Highly recommend!!!

Daphne was wonderful in helping us get acquainted with Smoky Springs. Our tour was very informative and we are confident we have made the right decision for my mother. The residents we met were all very positive about Smoky Springs. Some these residents were old friends of my mother. A very nice well run facility.

First off, this is NOT an assisted living facility!! It is strictly INDEPENDENT! Living!! Please stop advertising it incorrectly!! It is a great place to live with wonderful food, lots of activities and a warm group of residents. But it is not the place for those needing a lot of assistance or continual monitoring and care!! In retrospect, I appreciate the fact that our facility is now more accurately being shown as a retirement community rather than an assisted living facility. In light of this move in the right direction, I have given further thought to my rating and upgraded it to 4 stars. My intention was never to caste aspersions toward the staff, administration, or management of Smoky Springs. As previously stated, they are all wonderful and we are fortunate to have a hem here.

We first toured in May 2025 and moved Mom in later that month. Daphne was a wealth of knowledge about Smokey Springs and all it has to offer. Mom has been there 5 months and enjoys the place and people she’s met. They have tons of activities and a bus to transport residents to store or appointments. We toured 4 facilities before deciding on Smokey Springs. Daphne made a difference in making our decision. She went above and beyond on everything.

my friend’s grandmother lives here. her and i went to visit and the community is beautiful. everyone including the staff are all welcoming. the environment is homey like. the food was very good and fresh we even participated in playing volleyball with the residents. ms vicki the general manager is so sweet and helped us with moving a couple things. i would recommend my grandparents and anyone else that may be interested in being apart of the community.
