I love living at Smyrna Towers. I have lived here soon be 10 years. It's a wonderful place to be. I feel safe and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and caring. It's a beautiful place to live.
A serious source of concern is the lack of oversight from 11:00 PM to 7:00AM. When my Sister moved to Smyrna Towers, it was a non-profit and it had much better Security. This week my Sister showed me flier sent to all the residents regarding individuals living in the building drinking and doing drugs. In addition, these individuals according to the flier are also very loud after 11:00 PM and partying. There have also been issues with residents not wearing masks and congregating with no social distancing. Since there is no one between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM at the Front Desk monitoring security I am not sure what can be done?
Worst management I have experienced in my 74 years. Not only inexperienced but rude. Tacky appearance such as her dressing. I believe her name is Maria.
It's a Blessing to me and it's a wonderful place to live.Great Maintenance Department 💯
