Extremely slow unloading. Checked in at 8:00 AM and was not unloaded until 1:30 PM. Broker does not pay detention for floor loads (tires) and claims unloading “normally” takes 2–3 hours, which was clearly not the case. Long wait with no compensation and no respect for drivers’ time. Avoid delivering to this place.
Quick unload no overnight parking first come first serve service if other truck here can be tight if not should be easy
