I am the owner of Optimus Prime (keyword search "Optimus Is Here" on Facebook or Instagram). Recently I experienced a failure with the brackets that support the lower running boards on both sides of the truck. The original fabrication (done at a different shop) was not strong enough to support the massive weight these boards carried. Chad was recommended by a good friend of mine as someone local who could repair the brackets for us. We are always under a time crunch with appearances and thus don't have the luxury of waiting weeks to get a repair done. But Chad took us in right away. After looking at the existing bracketry, Chad decided it would be best to redo the entire assembly in the rear of the truck. What makes this place amazing is its people. This is my second visit and both time I received the best service you can ask for. Both times I was served by Chad and these are two reasons I give this place a 5⭐️ 1) HONESTY. On my first visit I went to replace a light bulb and to fix an oil leak. It could have been an opportunity for any unscrupulous mechanic to over bill me but to my surprise they fix the problem fast and decent price. 2) RESPONSIBILITY. On my second visit I went for an State inspection. I’ve been through many inspections with many cars in many states I’ve been living and this is the very first time someone took the time to ride the car to check everything was working well. Was in for basic work. receptionist was very friendly and the prices were super fair. Was only there once but it looks like they have my future business... Update: was back in again so Chad could re-vamp my alignment on a lifted Xterra. Drives awesome, prices were awesome, and solid 4x4 knowledge. Chad took the time to talk with me to have the alignment set exactly to the specs i was looking for.
