Dear Syracuse Auto Body Management / Owner, I am writing to formally request the immediate release of my personal luggage that was left inside my vehicle after it was towed to your facility following an accident on December 26th. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter courteously. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with unprofessional conduct from your receptionist, which has prevented me from coordinating retrieval of my belongings. As I am not local, I have arranged for FedEx or an authorized third party to collect the luggage on my behalf. This is a reasonable request, and I am asking for your cooperation in facilitating the release of my personal property. If my belongings are not released or arrangements confirmed by January 22, I will proceed with the following
