Soaktown Express Car Wash

Overall great place and car comes out overall nice and clean but recently I Went twice to this car wash for the same bird poop stain on my window, that unfortunately I don’t realize is still there until I get home. Because I trust that at the car wash my car is going to get cleaned. Problem seems to be that If my car “doesn’t look that dirty” to the attendant he barely sprays the car But he fails to notice my windows are dirty and doesn’t spray them. It’s making me waste time and money if I go to the car wash but the pre wash guy doesn’t want to pre wash the car. What’s the point then? You’re a car wash but you don’t want to actually clean the car?

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - If you are someone who likes to always keep their car clean I would encourage you to give them a shot. They offer in-bay automatic car washes at very affordable monthly packages that include unlimited exterior washes for as little as $20 a month. If you’re someone who likes to stay on top of things and just go in once a week you’re ultimately only paying $5 for a wash. One thing that sucks is they do not offer detailing or any other interior services, only exterior. They do offer a free self service car vacuum but that’s it. The service is very quick as well as it took me less than 5 min to get my car shining again. The wash did miss a spot and I’m sure it is normal as the wash is done by machines but if you tell them they will happily put the car through the tunnel a

We love Soaktown. Monthly unlimited plan is amazing. Don’t know why there’s a need for anyone to complain. The machines are great and gentle, generous amounts of soap, scrubbing and rinse and you have someone who comes to dry it afterwards but keep in mind that they are humans and do the best they can to dry your car and can miss a spot or 2. Nothing you can’t fix with carrying a single microfiber towel in your glove box. My truck takes a 100 mile a day beating + my allergies to dust and pollen are through the roof but soaktown gives her just the right touch to fight another day. Keep up the great work guys! Reminds me of being a child. I used to love staying in the car while it went through getting washed. It was like an adventure. It's quick and inexpensive. They advertise $10 but its really 11 (for the basic wash, no sdd ons). Staff are nice and helpful.

Low quality wash at a low, affordable prices. The owner was nice and greeted me when I pulled up, but I was left dissatisfied. The machine is not set up to wash hatchbacks and left crazy streak patterns on my trunk, and the towel drying guy at the end did nothing to help.
