TLDR. Go here. Modern carwash. Worth the money. Give a raise or bonus to the absolute Chads who were working at 5pm on 12/07. I inherited a SUV truck from my dad and it had been sitting, probably had not been washed in 3+ years. They sprayed it down extensively and hit the problem spots with the brush. After I got it out of the tunnel and vacuumed, everything looked great but I noticed there was still some ancient, caked on black grime left on the roof. I approached the young man emptying the bins. (Immaculately kept and supplied vacuum area btw, also, two different car scents as well as window cleaner in spray bottles everywhere) I explained the situation and he said “sure bring it back around and we’ll run it through again.” As I was waiting my turn to go back into the tunnel, I saw him

Edit: I received an call from the owner within 24 hours of this review. He believes it was just an issue with the website but cancelled my subscription and refunded the charges. Prior to moving / leaving the review, I had a membership here for around 2 years without incident. I enjoyed the car wash and facilities. However, I moved, and now cancelling this is difficult. I submitted it two months ago for cancellation and it never went through. I have tried calling several times with no answer. There is a cancellation option through the website but they don't provide email notification that you attempted to cancel so I'm now disputing it with my bank. It's unfortunate when companies make it easy to sign up but difficult to cancel.

Buyer beware they will dodge your calls, avoid interactions and not provide a resolution in the event that their equipment damages your vehicle. Then they will claim that they will not work to resolve/fix anything that their car wash damages on a vehicle that’s over three years old. Our truck was damaged and they said “we have a sign.” Probably want to skip this place since their equipment will damage your car and they will not be accountable when it does. Update: While I do want to acknowledge there was a manager who followed up and he was professional in his interactions. He seemed to understand our frustrations. However it seems the owner was only concerned about the negative review and they had the manager offer 20 car washes if we take down this review instead of fixing the damag

The car wash was decent. There were a couple spots missed on grill and back of car but nothing really bad. The touch screen in the cash/card lane is not good at all. It has a black spot about the size of a baseball where you can't see what is on the middle of the screen so it is difficult to read and make the proper selection. On top of that, it is very hard to read when the sun is shining on the screen causing a glare. The location has potential but needs some work or an attendant.
