Soapy Falls Express Car Wash Round Rock

I’ve had several memberships at various car washes in Round Rock and this one is by far the best. Sometimes the lines get long (depending the time of day you go) but it goes by quickly. Though the attendants are mostly teenagers you can tell that management trains them well as they are consistently friendly, thorough when pre-washing and tire cleaning, and professional. Unlike the other car washes I’ve been to where customer service is hit or miss. I also like the tire cleaning product they use so my tires don’t get dried out and end up cracked over time around the rim. The vacuums are strong and the towels and cleaning stuff are good quality. I highly recommend if you live around this location!

Not sure how long I have been coming buts been a while. I have one of the monthly memberships. The team here is great! Always smiling and ready to give you the air freshener and close your side mirrors if you want. Again this team is incredible.

The best crash in Round Rock/Austin. I’ve tried several car washes and the Soapy Falls is by far the best I have used. The staff is always friendly and helpful (when needed). I have the under the vehicle wash on my plan and I believe they are doing it. I had a car wash, won’t mention the name, that was charging me for under the vehicle wash but the feature didn’t work and they didn’t tell there customers. I was extremely upset so changed car washing facilities as soon as I found out. Yes, I brought it to the attention of the manager. That is how I found out the feature had not been working for well over three months. I also love the fact the owner of Soapy Falls thought of having the workers covered when drying the vehicles. Well done Soapy Falls.

I always wash my Jeep myself but needed a quick wash today and stopped by Soapy Falls.. wasn’t sure if my tires were gonna fit in the tracks but big shoutout to Christian and Robert, they made sure it fit and got me dialed in 💪 I’ll probably just come here from now on instead of washing myself, these guys make it easy 😎 Highly recommend!!

We’ve had good experiences taking our cars to Soapy Falls on Gattis a couple times a month. The staff is friendly and works efficiently. There’s always been towels and cleaner at the detail stations when we’ve used them. I haven’t used the mat cleaner yet, but there is one available and it looks to be in good order. Overall, it’s a good car wash in a convenient location. I’d recommend it to my friends and neighbors.
