Soapy Sam's Car Wash

Ripped the side mirror off my truck and got put in contact with there lawyer. After months of trying to get a replacement mirror they sent me a used broken mirror. I was able to get them to return it, and to send me a new one. In which they sent me the cheapest Chinese aftermarket mirror they could have possibly found. I expressed my frustration and gave the mirror back. Giving up I ordered the correct mirror in hopes they would reimburse me. It has been two months and still no reimbursement. AWFUL TO WORK WITH, IF THEY BRAKE YOUR VEHICLE EXPECT A BAD TIME.

Customer service is PHENOMENAL. I come to the granger location on the regular with no issues. There was one time where it was busy and I noticed it didn't rinse all the soap off my trunk but Customer service answered on the first ring and got me a free rewash right then and there to fix the issue :) thanks Soapy Sam's!

Car was still horribly dirty after. Reached out and they responded to insult me. Yes my car was in neutral and as if I can't see a giant green go sign and know when to exit a carwash. Paid $22 For a wash yesterday including my tires which came out dirtier then before I went in. Once again emailed and no response and they don't answer the phone either. Note to add this is my second experience that looks this bad they never even responded the first time. I decided to be a glutton for punishment and give them a second chance since they had "claimed" an upgrade to their equipment. Not at all. He also failed to mention they had an employee power washing the parking lot which made it impossible to even get out and look at your car upon exiting.

Overpriced and doesn't dry the car very well. Bring your own towels. Also, the tire shine doesn't cover the whole tire.

Just went there yesterday. $15 for a car wash and the undercarriage didn't even get cleaned even though I paid the extra for that wash, never again.
