Soft Touch Car Wash

I paid a ridiculous price of $14 so that I could have the undercarriage of my car washed off after driving on salt covered roads all the way back from Indiana. The undercarriage wash did not activate. After asking the cashier for a refuShe said she had to have a manager check the camera footage. After waiting for five minutes, he came out and asked me what was wrong with my car and he did not seem to understand what I was telling him so instead of wasting more time trying to get three dollars refunded to me the difference on the lesser price deluxe wash, I decided I would just leave a review.

Purchased wash at the pump with gas. Car wash ended up being broken/shut down. Owners wanted to argue with me and not refund me for the unused car wash (I don’t live in the area). Avoid.

So far the best car wash I’ve tried in the area.
